While this is not your direct personal data, if you ever feel that any content or image misrepresents your brand or infringes on your privacy, you can request an immediate modification or removal by contacting us.

We strive to keep your business and membership data secure. However, we do not guarantee absolute data security. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, in the event of an unforeseen server crash, database corruption, or natural disaster, data loss may occur.

We are not legally or financially responsible for any lost data or listings due to backend server issues beyond our reasonable control.

We respect your privacy. The information you provide for your business listing is displayed publicly on our platform to help you generate leads and enquiries. However, we do not sell or secretly share your private backend details — such as passwords or private payment data — with third-party marketing agencies or data brokers.

The Today Membership Android app lets anyone browse listings, quick deals and blog content without creating an account. Members and partner (vendor) staff can additionally sign in to use the digital membership card and benefit-redemption features. When you sign in, the app collects and uses:

• Account & profile data: your membership ID or username, name, email address, phone number, and membership plan & validity — used only to manage your account and display your digital membership card.
• Redemption history: which plan benefits you have used, so you and the vendor can track your remaining entitlements.
• Password: used only to sign you in over an encrypted connection — it is never stored on your device.
• Camera (vendor staff only): used solely to scan a member's card QR code when recording a redemption. Camera images are processed on the device and are never stored or uploaded — only the decoded card code is sent to verify the membership.

The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not sell or share app data with third parties. All app traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and session tokens are stored encrypted on your device. We retain member data only while your membership is active or as required by law.

Account deletion: you can request deletion of your member account and its associated data at any time — in the app via Member Portal → Profile → "Request account deletion", or online at todaymembership.com/account-deletion. We process deletion requests promptly and remove your personal data, keeping only what we are legally required to retain (for example, fraud-prevention records).

You have full control over how your brand is represented on our portal:

• Corrections: If any information about your brand is incorrect or not to your liking, contact us to fix it.
• Plan Updates: You can reach out at any time to update your pricing plans or business details.
• Expired Listings: If your membership expires and your data is still visible, simply notify us and we will remove it from the live portal.
• Opting Out: If you are uncomfortable with our promotional methods for your brand, you have the right to ask us to stop at any time.
