You can request deletion whether you use TodayMembership as a business, a member, or a visitor:

• Business owners with a listing on our portal (hotels, gyms, spas, restaurants, activities, etc.).
• Members who hold a TodayMembership account or membership plan.
• App & website users who created an account or profile with us.
• Subscribers who signed up for newsletters, deal alerts, or enquiries.

Once your request is verified and processed, we permanently remove the following from our live systems:

• Your account profile and login credentials.
• Your business listing, description, photos, and uploaded media.
• Your contact details — name, email, phone, and address on file.
• Your membership record, saved preferences, and enquiry history.
• Your newsletter / deal-alert subscription.

To keep your account safe, we follow a simple verified process:

1. Send your request using the Email, WhatsApp, or Call option above. Include your full name, registered email/phone, and business or membership name.
2. We verify ownership — we confirm the request genuinely comes from you (from the registered email or phone) before removing anything.
3. We process the deletion and remove your data from our live platform.
4. We confirm back to you once your account and data have been deleted.

We acknowledge every deletion request within 7 business days. Your data is removed from our live portal promptly after verification, and cleared from routine encrypted backups within up to 90 days.

After deletion we do not keep your personal profile. However, we may retain a limited amount of information only where the law requires it or to protect our legitimate interests, such as:

• Invoices & payment records — kept for the period required by tax and accounting laws.
• Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our Terms & Conditions.
• Anonymised, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you.

Retained records are stored securely and are not used to market to you.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is removed, your listing or membership will no longer appear on the portal and cannot be recovered. You are always welcome to create a new account or list your business with us again in the future.

Changed your mind? If you contact us before the deletion is finalised, we can cancel your request and keep your account active.
